TEAM AWESOME:
Yeah that’s right, we said it. Team Awesome. Why would we be so brazen? Is it because we can speak telepathically to narwhals? Is it because we have the world’s sixteenth greatest synchronized ribbon dancing act? Or is it because we have a history of rocking the face off of the interweb and beyond with our integrated, interactive, digital campaigns? Well yes, yes, and yes. But then again, we’re not exactly biased. So, here are a few important working philosophies to help convince you of our awesomeness.

HOW WE APPROACH WORK:
Two words. Hands on. In the early years working at Wexley School for Girls, we worked with little in the way of art or production departments. From handcrafting set designs, to recording our own voice-overs, to styling models with the clothes from our back, we’ve done it all. We’ve worked with budgets that wouldn’t even buy you a used Honda and turned them into viral videos that generated millions of views and user-generated spinoffs. And now, working with multi-million dollar clients, we still have the same sensibilities and same respect for the process. We know the work it takes to get a job done top to bottom. This also means we know the ins and outs of each role along the way to make an idea come to life, and therefore, can better communicate and work with a team to produce creative painlessly as possible.

And it’s not just about knowing the process, we also have extensive experience presenting and selling envelope-pushing work to senior clients at global corporations. We help clients see the value in non-traditional work and producing off-line campaign extensions that create brand ambassadors and add more value to the brand. We strive to create engagements and experiences that do more than drive people to a website, but get them to engage, interact and extend the campaign offline, which adds value to the client by turning each dollar spend into a much larger return.

OUR CREATIVE PHILOSOPHY:
It's amazing how much information you can really gather just by listening to the client, knowing the business, knowing the end customer and really getting nitty-gritty with the problem. Once we have a handle on that, we like to think of every possible way to approach a creative solution. Whether it's a digital takeover online, or a 100-foot tall piñata that explodes when a site gets one million tweets, we’re looking for the BIG IDEA, something that has never been done, something that is exciting, refreshing, arresting, something we honestly think will work, something the client will love and something that we know we will be proud of. We love to solve problems. There is nothing more exciting than creating an experience that solves a business problem for a brand, while at the same time creates a rich and stimulating experience for the end user.

We also love to push the boundaries of technology. Countless times in meetings we have asked ourselves, “does that exist?” “Is that possible?” and if it isn’t, we become that much more intrigued and excited to pursue the idea in hopes of redefining what it means to experience and interact with a brand.
