AT&T: Taylor Swift Now Chicago

Problem:  AT&T wanted to surprise Swifties with an unforgettable fan experience in celebration of thier TS DTV Now channel.

Working with Wasserman, we took inspiration from Taylor Swift’s Endgame video to create a mirrored, neon arcade space with a TS twist. Fans were bused to a secret location where they were led down a narrow alley to an unmarked, neon-lined door. Inside, they made their way through maze-like passageways and a kalidescope tunnel to the arcade. With fully functioning TS-inspired games, visitors could play and earn tickets that could be redeemed for fan merchandise. To make the night even more special, the arcade housed hidden doors that all opened up on cue to a surprise concert from Taylor herself.
