ECD
Experiential, Wasserman Creative

How do you even capture ECD work in a portfolio? I could just link you to Wasserman and say, “I probably ECD’d a lot of that!” Or, maybe you want to know about my Excel pivot tables— My sheets are so crisp, so clean.

Instead, I’ll put a little detail here about how I’ve helped grow the department of experience creatives from 20 to 85+ in just over 2 years, and with that, the business. No one can spearhead growth in a silo, it’s taken a well-suntan-oiled village to double revenue in a handful of years by bringing on 60+ clients, expanding existing retainers, and streamlining processes.

But it’s not just business we’re growing— we now have more creatives on staff than people in my HS graduating class. That’s a lot of talent to mentor and nurture. And it’s a lot of culture to help maintain. Growth is a delicate balance, but I think we’re on the right track something special.

I don’t know what to show on this ECD page, so here’s a relevant screenshot from my phone.
